Meet Chef Ploy

Natnicha Boonlerd, better known as Ploy to her friends and family, is a well-known chef from Thailand. She was catapulted to stardom when she participated in the Season One of Masterchef Thailand.

From Air Hostess to Masterchef

With the success she garnered as a chef today, you would think that cooking has always been her passion, but did you know that being a chef was never her childhood dream? As a young girl, when Ploy was asked what she wanted to be when she grows up, “Flight attendant” had been the only answer in her heart. However, she soon discovered her passion for cooking when she started studying Hotel Management at University, and her love for food was further developed during her internship in France. When she auditioned for Masterchef Thailand, she became recognised as Chef Ploy, and the rest became history.

Australia’s no. 1 breakfast cereal brand Sanitarium™ launches Vegetarian Festival Campaign in Thailand from September until October 2020.

Sanitarium collaborated with 3 Thai cafes for a product campaign from 15-25 October. A minimum purchase of drinks prepared using Sanitarium’s So Good Non-Dairy Milk in the 3 chosen cafes will get a chance to redeem Sanitarium’s 250ml Soy Milk packs.

They also conducted a Social Media Contest “Get Ready for Vegetarian Festival with Sanitarium”, as well as teaming up with Thailand’s fitness influencers.

The 5-star hotel has successfully get connected with a China KOL Liu Xi Ling (刘汐鳞) that has 1.9 Million fan-based in his Weibo under ATC’s #StaysForStories Program via ATC Messenger Social App.

The highlight of this collaboration is that China KOL Liu Xi Ling has created a review video on YiZhiBo that successfully garnered 10.6 Million views, 267K likes and 424 comments. It is by far the largest number of viewers on a review video among ATC’s influencer pool.

Inside his 30 minutes long video, Liu has been reviewing each and every corner of Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok. Things included the room, bed, toilet, amenities, hallway, lift, lobby decorations, customer service attendance, laundry service, car-hailing service, food, lounge, etc. was also mentioned inside the detail review video.

Liu also complimenting the hotel’s excellent facilities, bringing out a truly Thai experience at Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok.

Besides, he has also produced 1 Meitu photo posting and 1 Oasis review postin as well, talking about the strategic location of the hotel, close to the railway station, easily accessible to tourist attractions and able to have a stunning sunset view by the Menam River.
